This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelsurf AI ("Pixelsurf," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, applications, AI companions, messaging integrations, and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile identifier. We use this to create and maintain your account.

Conversation and memory data. We store messages you send and receive through the Service, persona settings, preferences, and memory records associated with your companions so the Service can provide persistent, contextual experiences.

Messaging integrations. If you connect phone or messaging channels, we may collect phone numbers, channel identifiers, delivery metadata, and message content needed to route conversations.

Usage and technical data. We collect information such as device type, browser, IP address, log data, timestamps, and interactions with features to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Third-party connection data. If you connect third-party accounts or services — such as Gmail inbox, Spotify, YouTube, Google Calendar, or similar integrations — we may collect and store data from those services that you authorize us to access, including synced content, metadata, and identifiers needed to provide connected features.

When you connect a third-party service, we may sync data from that service to power companion features such as personalized context, recommendations, and memory.

Important: disconnecting a third-party integration stops future syncing and revokes ongoing access to that service, but data that was already synced and stored in our systems may continue to be retained and used unless you explicitly request deletion of that data.

This includes, without limitation, data synced from services such as Gmail inbox, Spotify, YouTube, Google Calendar, and other connected integrations. To request deletion of synced third-party data, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service
• Enable persistent memory and companion personas
• Authenticate users and prevent abuse or fraud
• Deliver messages across supported channels
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you
• Analyze usage and improve reliability, safety, and quality
• Comply with legal obligations

Your messages and related context may be processed by AI systems to generate companion responses and maintain memory. We do not use your private conversations to train public foundation models unless we clearly disclose otherwise and, where required, obtain your consent.

You can review and delete stored memories through in-product controls where available. Deleting a companion or memory may not remove all copies immediately from backups or logs retained for security and compliance.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host infrastructure, authenticate users, send messages, monitor performance, or provide AI capabilities, subject to contractual protections
• Messaging platforms you choose to use, such as SMS, iMessage, or Telegram providers, to deliver conversations
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to lawful requests
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain memory features you use, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and how you use the Service.

Third-party connection data that has already been synced may remain stored after you disconnect the integration. Disconnecting only stops further access and future syncing; it does not automatically delete previously synced data. You must explicitly request deletion if you want that data removed.

You may request deletion of your account, synced third-party data, or other stored data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete certain information or close your account
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Receive a portable copy of certain information

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own. We take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this policy.

The Service may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party authentication and messaging providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
